With a successful career as an HR Leader spanning over 3 decades, I have worked with 100’s of business leaders to help them build successful and pragmatic strategies to grow themselves and their businesses.

I have extensive experience operating in challenging environments and leading all people elements of large scale, transformational change programmes, involving mergers and acquisitions, new business start up’s, sales, carve outs and relocations.

I have a track record of helping leaders to thrive, having co-developed the ‘Creating the Future’ leadership programme with Harvard Business School, the ‘Creating Shareholder Value’ programme with Wharton Business School and multiple corporate coaching programmes.
