What can you expect from your coaching experience?
I strongly believe that everyone has inside them what they need to succeed. Through coaching, I help people to connect with all their abilities and grow their leadership capability, credibility and results.
Over several sessions we’ll work together to agree your coaching goals and a clear action plan. You’ll be able to reflect and learn within a confidential space. In-person or remote coaching sessions work equally well.
You’ll find that you’ll gain the most from our conversations if you adopt a coaching mindset - a willingness to have an open mind, be curious, flexible and embrace all possibilities.
Clarity Coaching Programme
Typically, you’ll find that 4-6 sessions can help you make real progress on your goals.
Discovery phase - we find out about you and what you want to achieve from coaching. We may use some tools and assessments to help delve a little deeper.
Exploration phase - we consider what things could look like in an ideal world and address the areas that have brought you to coaching.
Clarity phase - we focus on your next steps by identifying an actionable plan that you can implement to make sustainable changes.

Why would coaching help me?
Over 25 years ago I worked with a business that was growing rapidly. Many of the leaders were inexperienced, but passionate about their products and providing an exceptional customer experience.
A coaching programme was introduced for all people leaders. It was a great success. People gained insights that unleashed their potential and improved performance. Teams became stronger. Business results were measurably better. Customers consistently rated the service they received as excellent.
In the years since, I’ve seen coaching as a powerful catalyst to unlocking potential and performance in individuals and teams. I believe everyone, at any stage of their career, can benefit from coaching.
